Product Introduction
Low-iron and high-alumina heat-insulating brick is a kind of refractory product that is mixed and stirred with alumina powder, polylight ball and binder in a certain proportion, extruded and fired at high temperature.
The physical and chemical indexes of low-iron and high-aluminum heat-insulating refractory bricks include alumina (Al2O3) content, iron oxide (Fe2O3) content, bulk density, compressive strength at room temperature, permanent line change of heating and thermal conductivity.
For example, the DLG160-1.0L model of low-iron and high-aluminum thermal insulation bricks has an Al2O3 content of not less than 60%, a Fe2O3 content of no more than 1.0%, a bulk density of no more than 1.0 g/cm³, and a compressive strength of not less than 3.0 MPa at room temperature.
Low-iron and high-alumina insulating bricks are mainly used for thermal insulation of industrial kilns, saving energy and reducing consumption. They are suitable for masonry insulation and parts that do not have strong erosion and erosion of high-temperature molten materials. When in direct contact with the flame, the surface contact temperature of the general high-alumina insulating refractory bricks shall not be higher than 1350 °C. In addition, they are also suitable for thermal equipment insulation and furnace lining such as ceramic roller kiln, petrochemical reforming furnace, reformer furnace, metallurgical soaking furnace, blast furnace, hot blast furnace and so on.
