Performance characteristics of high chrome bricks 
Excellent erosion resistance: The chromium oxide in the high chromium brick makes it resistant to both acidic and alkaline slag, and can resist the erosion of slag for a long time in the high-temperature furnace of chemical, metallurgical and other industries, and prolong the service life of the furnace lining. 
High strength: It has high compressive strength and high temperature strength at room temperature, can still maintain good mechanical properties in high temperature environment, withstand large pressure and load, and maintain the stability of the furnace structure. 
Good wear resistance: high surface hardness, when used in material erosion and serious wear parts, it can effectively resist wear and reduce the loss of bricks. 
High temperature resistance: high refractoriness, can be used for a long time under high temperature conditions, generally can withstand high temperature of 1770°C-2000°C, suitable for all kinds of high temperature industrial kilns. 
Good thermal shock resistance: it can withstand sharp changes in temperature without cracking, and can still maintain good performance in the case of large temperature fluctuations in the start, stop or temperature fluctuation of the kiln, and ensure the stable operation of the kiln. 
Good volume stability at high temperature: At high temperature, the volume change of the brick body is small, and it is not easy to crack or deform due to thermal expansion or contraction, ensuring the tightness and integrity of the furnace lining. 
Low thermal conductivity: It helps to improve the thermal efficiency of the kiln, reduce heat loss, reduce energy consumption, and achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.

Application field of high chromium bricks 
Cement industry: often used in the firing zone and transition zone of cement rotary kiln, these areas have high temperature and strong chemical erosion, high chromium bricks can effectively resist the erosion of high temperature and cement clinker, and improve the operation rate and service life of cement rotary kiln. 
Glass industry: In the kiln pool of the glass melting furnace, the high-chromium brick can resist the erosion of molten glass, ensure the normal production of the glass melting furnace, and improve the quality and output of glass. 
Metallurgical industry: in non-ferrous metal smelting furnaces, such as copper, aluminum and other smelting furnaces, it is used for the parts that come into contact with molten metal and slag; It also plays an important role in the lining of electric arc furnaces and converters in the iron and steel industry, which can withstand the erosion of high temperature and slag and protect the furnace structure. 
Chemical industry: It is widely used in various chemical reaction furnaces, such as gasifiers and waste incinerators in coal chemical industry, because it has good high temperature resistance, erosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and can meet the harsh conditions in the chemical production process.
