Product Introduction
High alumina heat-insulating refractory bricks are heat-insulating refractory products made of bauxite as the main raw material with an Al2O3 content of not less than 48%. The production process adopts the foam method, and the burnout method can also be used.
The Chinese standard (GB3995-2014) divides high-alumina thermal insulation refractory bricks into six grades according to the bulk density: LG140-1.2, LG140-1.0, LG140-0.8L, LG135-0.7L, LG135-0.6L and LG125-0.5.
High-alumina insulating refractory bricks can be used for masonry insulation and parts without strong erosion and erosion of high-temperature molten materials. In direct contact with the flame, the surface contact temperature of the general high-alumina insulated refractory bricks must not be higher than 1350°C. Mullite heat-insulating refractory bricks can be in direct contact with the flame, and have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high strength and remarkable energy-saving effect. It is suitable for the lining of pyrolysis furnaces, hot blast furnaces, ceramic roller kilns, electric porcelain drawer kilns and various resistance furnaces.
