High-strength mullite refractory castable
Classification:
Product Introduction
High-strength mullite refractory castable is a refractory material with mullite as the main raw material, which has the following characteristics and applications:
1. Chemical Composition & Properties:
The Al₂O₃ content is greater than or equal to 65%, showing good thermal shock resistance, and the 1100 degree water cooling is greater than or equal to 25 times.
It has the characteristics of high temperature strength, good thermal stability, strong thermal shock resistance and excellent erosion resistance.
The maximum operating temperature can reach 1600-1750°C, and the Al₂O₃+SiO₂ content ≥ 70-90%.
2. Technical Parameters:
According to different grades, the maximum service temperature is between 1600°C and 1750°C, the bulk density is 2.7 to 2.9 g/cm³, the cold bending strength is 10-15Mpa, and the cold compressive strength is 100-150Mpa.
3. Applications:
It is suitable for cement kilns, power plant boilers, petrochemical industry tubular heating furnaces, light diesel oil, ethane cracking furnace linings, atmospheric and vacuum furnaces, sulfur recovery devices, steam boilers, tortoiseshell mesh insulation layers, two-device cylinders and pipe insulation single layers, other industrial furnace doors, fire holes, observation hole door linings, etc.
4. Features:
It has the characteristics of low thermal expansion, good wear resistance and good heat resistance.
Due to the use of synthetic raw materials, they are combined in the form of low cement or micronized powder, and can be applied directly to high-temperature parts that come into contact with flames.
The unit bulk density is light, the structural weight is reduced by 40~60%, and the hidden danger of hanging bricks on the roof of the furnace is eliminated; Low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation performance; It can quickly dry the oven, shorten the construction period of the oven, and the economic benefits are significant.
5. Construction & Maintenance:
- The reference water consumption for construction is 4.5-5%, the curing time is 24 hours, the demoulding time is 24-36 hours, and the initial baking time is 12 hours.
Because of its excellent performance, high-strength mullite refractory castable has been widely used in high-temperature industrial fields, especially in high-temperature, strong thermal shock, and high-wear environments such as cement kilns.
