Fused brick AZS41-Y is a high-quality refractory material, which is mainly used in the glass industry, especially in glass furnaces. It is composed of zirconia, alumina and silicon dioxide and has excellent fire resistance, chemical stability and resistance to liquid glass corrosion. Chemical composition: 41% zirconia and 12-15% silica.
Bulk density: at 4.05 g / cm³.
Cold crushing strength: ≥70MPa.
Apparent porosity: 0.6-0.8%.
Erosion resistance: high glass phase seepage temperature, excellent resistance to liquid glass corrosion.
High temperature resistance: The load softening temperature is up to 1700 degrees Celsius, which can maintain its shape and strength at high temperatures.
Thermal Shock Stability: Maintains a stable structure even in the face of rapid temperature changes.
Compressive strength: Able to withstand stress in high temperature and high pressure environments.
Abrasion resistance: It has excellent abrasion resistance, can resist wear and prolong the service life.
Slag resistance: High resistance to corrosion and erosion caused by slag or other corrosive substances.
Low porosity: Low porosity can effectively reduce the penetration of liquids and gases.
Fused brick AZS41-Y is widely used in high-temperature environments such as pool kilns and glass furnaces in the glass industry, especially in high-temperature areas with high liquid glass flow rate.
