Lightweight, alkali-resistant castable

Lightweight alkali-resistant castable is a kind of hydraulic castable with alkali resistance prepared by adding an appropriate amount of additives with lightweight silicon-aluminum material as the main raw material, aluminate cement as the binding agent, and an appropriate amount of additives.

Classification:

Lightweight alkali-resistant castable is a kind of hydraulic castable with alkali resistance prepared by adding an appropriate amount of additives with lightweight silicon-aluminum material as the main raw material, aluminate cement as the binding agent, and an appropriate amount of additives.

According to the performance index, the lightweight alkali-resistant castable is divided into two grades: QNJ-1 and QNJ-2, and its chemical composition is generally as follows: Al₂O₃ content is 30%~55%, and SiO₂ content is 25%~45%.

Lightweight alkali-resistant castables are mainly used as alkali-resistant heat-resistant insulation linings in the parts of the kiln that are eroded by alkali. For example, the preheater of the cement kiln pre-decomposition system, the decomposition furnace piping system and the ordinary dry rotary kiln preheat decomposition zone. The high-quality products are suitable for parts that have both heat insulation and alkali resistance requirements, as well as high strength and wear resistance requirements. It can also be used as a heat-resistant and heat-insulating lining for various industrial kilns without alkali erosion.

Due to its light weight characteristics, lightweight alkali-resistant castables are suitable for occasions that need to reduce structural loads, such as furnace tops, furnace walls, etc., and can also provide good thermal insulation and corrosion resistance.
